We're Anthony and Amanda, the husband-and-wife team behind Ficca Photography. As parents ourselves, we know how quickly childhood passes by. Our goal is to create a relaxed experience where families can be themselves and leave with photographs that preserve the moments they'll never want to forget.
Before we're photographers, we're parents. We know how fast childhood moves and how important it is to hold onto the little moments—messy hair, missing teeth, belly laughs, and all.

Where do sessions take place?
Most sessions take place at local parks, trails, and outdoor locations throughout the Pittsburgh area. If you have a favorite family spot, I'd love to hear about it. I can also recommend locations based on the look you're hoping for.
What if my kids won't cooperate?
Don't worry—they're kids! Some of the best photographs come from letting children explore, play, and be themselves. My sessions are relaxed and designed to capture genuine moments rather than perfect poses.
What should we wear?
Neutral tones and coordinating colors photograph beautifully. I recommend avoiding large logos and bright neon colors. After booking, I'll send a guide with tips to help your family feel confident and comfortable.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. You'll receive a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints of your favorite images.
What happens if it rains?
We'll keep an eye on the forecast and reschedule if needed. Western Pennsylvania weather can be unpredictable, so I always build flexibility into outdoor sessions.
